Evaluation
At times an evaluation is necessary to determine the level of living arrangement best suited for your loved one. A non-refundable fee of $75 is required only if we travel to perform the evaluation.

Administrative Application Fee
A non-refundable one-time charge of $195 is applicable to all new residents.

Monthly Rent
Rental fees at Heather Ridge are due on a monthly basis. There is no lease to sign. Rent is due on the first of every month. In the event rent is more than 5 days late, a fee of 1.5% is assessed.

Resident Deposit
A $695 deposit is required when deciding to move into Heather Ridge. If the resident decides not to move into Heather Ridge, the deposit will be refunded, minus the application fee.

Pets
Small pets are welcome; a non-refundable pet deposit is $300. Monthly fee for a pet is $35.

TB Screening
For your convenience, we offer TB screening upon admission (2 step Mantoux) for $25.

Transportation
Heather Ridge will charge $25 per round trip for any scheduled appointments that family is not able to provide, (Physician appointments, dentist, test, etc.- this does not include hair appointments). This provides transport as well as staff assistance throughout the appointment.
